Your privacy is important to Incabus Systems. Therefore, we designed a privacy policy on how we collect, use, disclose, transfer and archive your data. Introduction

Personal information is information that can be used to identify or contact an individual. You may be asked to provide your personal information when you come in contact with Incabus Systems. We only collect information from persons that in some way have permission or otherwise involved in the delivery of products and services from Incabus Systems.

Information we collect

We collect information in two ways. Information that you provide and the information we receive when you use our services.

We get information that you provide when you open a Incabus account through our websites, provide us through a phone call or send to us by e-mail. The information we ask you to provide us with is your name, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, mail addresses and your connection to the company that you represents when you use our services.

Information we receive when you use our services means log information, device information, cookies or any other information you provide us with indirectly by using our services. Log information may include the type of device you use, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your request, referring URL and IP address. It may also contain information about the features you use in a particular service. Device information includes the type of computers or servers you use, type of operating system, manufacturer, serial number, installed software, etc.

If we combine information that is not personal information with personal data, the combined data is treated as personal information for as long as the combination exists.

How we use information

Firstly, we use personal data to communicate with you and for example to inform you of news future changes or improvements, and other information that may be of importance to you. We do not share personal data with companies, organizations or individuals outside Incabus Systems except to any partners that we interact with in order to deliver products and services to you.

You can help us ensure that your contact information and personal data settings are correct, complete and up to date by logging into your account via %s. We use administrative, technical and physical precautions to protect your personal information so they are not lost, stolen or handled improperly and that they are not disclosed, exposed to unauthorized access, alteration or destruction. Incabus Systems Internet services uses SSL encryption (Secure Sockets Layer) on all web pages where personal information is collected. To make purchases from these services, you must use an SSL-enabled browser such as Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox or Safari. This protects your personal data when sent over the Internet.

Links to sites and services of third parties

We may display links, advertisements or other content that links to websites of third parties. We can not control or be held responsible for the content or processing of personal data on third party websites. Therefore, read carefully through terms and conditions of third parties, and how they collect and process personal information.

We use various technologies to collect and store information when you use any of Incabus Internet services. This may mean that cookies or anonymous identifier sent to your device.

A cookie is a small text file that the website you visit saves on your computer. The text file contains information and are used for example to facilitate the visitor's use of the website. There are two types of cookies. The first saves a file for a long time on your computer. It is used for example for functions that tell what is new since the user last visit to the site. The second type of cookies, session cookies are stored only temporarily during the time the user is surfing on a page. Incabus Internet services makes use of both types.

The privacy policy may change from time to time. We will not limit your rights under this Privacy Policy without your explicit consent.
