Email Settings
Incabus Mail works on all operative systems and all email programs. You can use it on all Windows, Macintosh and UNIX systems.
There are three things that are important when you set up your email program.
User ID/account name: your entire email address.
Password: the password you got from Incabus Systems or from your IT-administrator.
Email servers: what email server you should use for each email service.
In the following table you will find what server to use.
| Incabus Mail servers | |
|---|---|
| Service | Server |
| POP3 Server: | pop3.incabus.com |
| IMAP Server: | imap.incabus.com |
| SMTP Server: | smtp.incabus.com |
| Webmail: | http://www.incabus.com/en/webmail/ |
You can easily change your password by using Incabus webmail. It is important to remember that if you change your password in the webmail, it is changed on Incabus Systems email systems. You have to change the password in the account setting in your email program.
Having trouble sending email?
Many ISP (Internet Service Providers) block outgoing email (SMTP) in their networks due to the risk of spam or spreading of viruses. That may result in you being unable to send your email with Incabus outgoing mail servers. If you have this problem, you have to use your ISP’s outgoing mail server. Check with your ISP on which SMTP server to use.
